Upon Request Shipping Cost will be confirmed and quoted to Customer. Otherwise Products orders will be processed on a "good faith" basis.  Orders are processed either the same day or next business day after submission.

Once Products have shipped, Returns can only be made for INCORRECT product arriving, DAMAGED product from shipping, NO PRODUCT arriving ie: lost in shipping.

Please note your credit card statement will show Progressive Marketing Concepts as the Merchant charging your card. If you forget this, do not charge your card back as this will result in a $35 Fee plus the cost of the original card. Thank you!
