Q. Why are my horses going through so much A-Mix (364) and BVC Mix (732)? Can they overdose?

A. Consumption of minerals will be high without ABC's Plus (762). Horses tend to go through a lot of the Free Choice Vitamins
and Minerals especially the A-Mix and BVC Mix when our program is first introduced. Other indications include: change
in weather (heat wave or cold snap), feeding older feed stuffs (hay or grain), when grass/pasture is lush and high in nitrates,
hay quality, ubadequate sunlight, inclement weather, animal is under stress (internal or external), poor water quality, injuries,
or parasites. Horses will only take as much as they need. If their bodies are not deficient, they will not touch the
free choice vitamins and minerals.

Testimony: ABC PLUS - My 2 older horses( 27 y. o this spring) have never looked shinier or better in their lives since being

My 3 year old Perch/Paint Kingsley has been battling major diarrhea since before I bought him at 1 1/2 yrs old.
I had a hair analysis taken then put him on a personalized supplement, did several fecal tests he did have small strongyles but got that all taken care of. Changed hay which I found Orchard Grass and Teff Hay especially did not agree with him!
Still major diarrhea for months and months I had used ABC products before but had stopped for some reason before I purchased Kingsley.

I got a hold of Vickie and told her the problem she patiently worked with me and answered all my many questions.

Finally, no more diarrhea and no more gross tail!

I fed 1 scoop MOP in his feed twice a day for 30 days, 2 scoops ABC PLUS twice a day ( double suggested dose), and 5 ml of Probi twice a day with one cup alfalfa pellets.
And FREE CHOICE Rush Creek Mineral.

I know longer force feed the MOP but do keep the MOP and Rush Creek Mineral as free choice at all times.

Now I just feed the 1 scoop alf pellets, 2 scps ABC PLUS twice a day, and the 5 ml Probi twice a day.
Plus pasture while we have it and or grass hay.

My Hanoverian cross, Dan, has always had a delicate digestive system.
We’d been through trying bouts of colic (from which his sire died) and as he’d aged,
he’d developed a persistent diarrhea problem.

My vet told me that it was not a pre- or pro-biotic issue; it is that as they age,
they lack the appropriate enzyme balance to break down the cellulose in the hay.

And that the problem probably worsened in the winter when there was no fresh grass in Dan’s diet.
He was right. Particularly in the winter, Dan had a soggy mess down his backside
that was impossible to keep cleaned up. This horse had given me so much this
must have been uncomfortable and unhealthful for him not to mention unattractive
and a slight to this noble being’s dignity.

I tried a number of supplements from many of the prominent horse product catalogs, to no avail.
Finally, researching on line, I found My Fine Equine and their line of enzymatic supplements.
Vickie of My Fine Equine.com helped me settle on ABC Plus and suggested the appropriate initial dosing.

She was confident I’d see a change in a month’s time. It was sooner than that,
a couple of weeks. Dan’s diarrhea completely cleared up, leaving his manure moist
and firm, but not so dry I was worried about impaction. Since ABC Plus helps our
horses access the nutritive value of their food sources more efficiently, I saw other
improvements, as well: Dan’s coat was glossier, he shed out more evenly, his weight
has been more manageable which is quite a balancing act at 30 years old, with few
fragile teeth left.

Dan looks, and now I know feels great, no one would ever guess his age!
